Walter Hampton "Honey Boy" Dabney was the Dean of the School of Engineering at Tennessee State University.

Life and Education

Walter Hampton Dabney was born in Washington D.C. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Howard University. He was a member of Phi Beta Sigma -- where he earned the name "Honey Boy"—the Engineering Society and the ROTC.
