Addie Lee Ross was an African American student at Iowa State College.

Life and Education

Addie Lee Ross received a B.S. at Alcorn State University. She went on to receive a M.S. in Home Economics Education from Iowa State College in 1932.

She is listed as a member of the Faculty in the division of Home Economics at Prairie View State College. In the 1933 issue of Alumnae Echoes: News Bits from the Front Lines published in The Iowa Homemaker, she wrote that "She has charge of student teachers in home economics and teaches a section of the freshman course in art related to the home."
