Kanata Editha Rodgers was a professor of Home Economics at Southern University A&M College of the State of Louisiana. She was also the Director of the Division of Home Economics at Alcorn A&M College.


Life and Education

Kanata Rodgers graduated with his B.S. in Home Economics from Howard University in 1924. She received her M.S. in Home Economics Education from Iowa State College in 1937.

Kanata Rodgers is listed as Agricultural Faculty teaching Home Economics at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College of the State of Louisiana. She then became the Director of the Division of Home Economics at Alcorn A&M College.
